Design Hotel Point of Sale System
Budget: $420 – $590 USD
I am looking for a UX/UI designer to design a small system for a hotel. The hotel provides the following services and products under the same roof but different locations within the building:
(1) Sell rooms to guests
(2) Food Barn (Fast food service)
(3) Restaurent
(4) Vegetables
(5) Liquor Bar#1
(6) Liquor Bar#2
Each of the 6 has a point-of-sale where sales are made to customers. We require a piece of elegantly designed cloud software that can be used at each point-of-sale. The point of sale software should be the shopify POS shown on this url https://www.shopify.com/pos .
Guest that stay at the hotel can make a charge against their room when they are served at any of the POS from (2)-(6).
All the POS locations receive stock on a central location. Therefore the software must have an Inventory module that orders goods from suppliers, stores them, and then internally transfer to the various POS based on Internal Stock Transfer Orders. The software should track the stock until it is either sold ( eg Liquore) or inputed as part of an ingredient for a meal at the restaurant.
The software must be integrated with QuickBooks online Accounting software https://quickbooks.intuit.com/global/ so that sales from each POS can be directly posted into the correct account inside Quickbooks.
The design must be clickable and ready for developers to start coding upon approval.
I have attached here a copy of the document with flow charts that provides additional information and to make you understand better the scope of the project.
