Design and Create Activity Book Pages

I'm looking for someone that has created activity pages before and can come up with some good content for an activity booklet. Some things you would possibly need to design could possibly be:
Crossword puzzles
Word searches
Weekly schedule
Mad
rhyming
fill in the blank stories
mazes
place for doodling
color by number
math blocks
any other ideas you may have. I have other ideas too and will help you work them out.
Let's shoot for 20 pages at the moment.
I'll need pdf and source files to edit if needs be.
Will need unlimited revisions until it looks professional
