UI UX, Design Concept to update to look very nice/brighten up

Looking for a fresh look, for our software. The UI/UX looks pretty decent, however, I am looking for some new inspiration in the form of UI UX Design Concepts to update to look very nice/brighten up the page a bit.

Icons and Colors are welcome, font suggestions, welcome. Layout should stay more or less the same, however, busyness/clutter could be cleaned up.
