Design a Community Assessment & Two Annual Reports

I am looking for a designer to create a community assessment and two annual reports for my organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in classic design styles and be able to incorporate specific colors provided by me. I also have specific requirements for the layout and format of the reports, which will be provided to the designer. This project requires attention to detail and the ability to create professional and visually appealing designs. This project won't even start for six months, but we need to get an idea of costs.
