Design a Chic Minimalist Welcome Guide Booklet for Models

Hello!
I am looking for someone to design a 15-20 page booklet digital document for our Models. It is a Welcome Guide PDF that has a clickable table of Contents as well as information.
This guide will help onboard our new talents, therefor we want something that is easy to read and interesting to read.

The document will be using our current Brand Identity and follow the overall look and feel of our brand.
We provide you with the copy so that you can revamp our guide to have a clean design, easy to read, and an attractive look.

We want something that looks chic and professional AND presents the information in a cohesive way.
Please note that this will be an InDesign Document converted to a Interactive PDF.
