Design & Build SaaS Piracy Protection Website & AI Scraping System

Hi there, we’re currently trying to develop a new digital asset piracy protection tool and launch it as a SaaS service. (Similar to Harvel.io)
What is needed is someone to design a website with a fully functional MVP, build it to a state which is launch-able and create an automated AI web scraping system to check for any potential copyright infringements automatically.
Each user should be able to submit links with their works, (supported should be anything that digital creators would like to copyright, like videos, fonts, art, website templates, nft’s, songs etc.) and have a dashboard to track their current activity, which links were removed and what violations were found.
Also, if possible, the tool should be able to automatically submit dmca violations or copyright infringement violations to request removal from the websites hosting the assets illegally.
In case the tool finds an asset which is pirated, but the owner is not registered on our website yet, it should send a sales email to convert this user.
