AI & Design Assistant for Marketing Agency
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
The AI & Design Assistant will help with:
1. AI Image Generation – Quickly generate high-quality AI images using Midjourney for marketing and social media content.
2. Graphic Design – Create and refine designs using Canva for various projects.
3. Website Layouts & Design – Assist with WordPress Elementor page designs and layout adjustments.
4. Social Media Scheduling – Upload and schedule content across various platforms using scheduling tools.
Skills:
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Fluent English
- Positive attitude & proactive mindset
- Familiarity with Midjourney for AI image generation
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop is a plus)
- Experience with WordPress & Elementor
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite)
- Highly organized with good time management
Workflow Expectations
Generally, the workflow is as follows:
i) The marketing lead assigns a task (image request, graphic design, website layout, or social media scheduling).
ii) The AI & Design Assistant generates AI images or creates designs in Canva.
iii) The marketing lead reviews the work and provides feedback.
iv) The assistant makes necessary edits and finalizes the images/designs.
v) The assistant uploads and schedules content across social media platforms.
Time Commitment
Approx. 20 hours per week to start immediately.
Hours may increase based on performance and workload.
Compensation
$2 to $3 per hour
