Design Approach Interviews ASAP -- 2

I'm immediately requiring two skilled designers for insightful interviews. These short meetings will focus primarily on who you are as a designer, your approach to design and past experiences. The questions will not be too technical and brief answers would be totally fine. UI/UX designers preferred. The ideal candidates will:

- Be open to discussing their design process in depth
-Answer questions regarding their experiences in design
