Design a Application prototype and design animation on adobe

I want to duplicate the functionality of an existing application in the United States called ROVER www.rover.com

I want the functionality to be the same but a different design, more modern and pet friendly, I haven't set the yet so I want the name to be "pet care" for now.

What I requested is to create a functioning prototype using Adobe that includes functionality and design.
