Need to design the word file in professional way, this will be used to give employees their Objectives and KPIs for the first half of 2023 year.
This professional file content will be printed as A3 and attached to each department physically on their daily tasks boards to observe and review it daily so they can focus on their objectives and KPIs and encourage them to reach required achievements and targeted objectives in a professional way on time.
please take in consideration that we don't want size of the file to be very heavy to be able to share it smoothly with each team member if needed as a soft copy.
