Department News Bulletin

I'm looking for a freelancer to create an internal department news bulletin to share employee achievements and milestones. The target audience is our internal employees, so the content should be tailored towards them. I prefer a visual format, such as infographics, to communicate the information. I need help creating content and gathering all of the relevant details, such as individual accomplishments, milestone achievements, and awards. In addition, I need assistance designing and laying out the bulletin in a visually pleasing format. This project could also involve further graphic design or video editing work depending on the bulletins content.
