Dental Implant Studio T-Shirt Design

I need a talented designer to create a T-Shirt for my dental implant studio. The design should incorporate:
- My studio's logo combined with elements from Taylor Swift's Eras Tour T-shirt
- Adherence to the color scheme of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour T-shirt
- Inspiration from the visual elements such as shapes, images, and icons from Taylor Swift's Eras Tour T-shirt

I have attached a picture of the eras tour shirt. I am picturing this shirt to be in the same color scheme with a similar photo grid but incorporating my logo instead of the “Taylor Swift Eras Tour” wording and then dental implant pictures rather than pictures of Taylor Swift.
I am envisioning a picture of a dental implant vertically in the center where Taylor is standing, and then in the 9 boxes around her, I am envisioning black and white sketched photos of all-on-4 dental implant images. I will attach some examples below, as well as a photo of the Taylor Swift shirt and of a dental implant for the center (Image_3190.png). Can we make all the photos look black and white and modified to be sketchy/artistic just as the Taylor Swift shirt looks???
