Deck plan

I need help with the design (plan) for a deck, this design is not square, so it's hard for me to create the plan myself. This plan will be used to bring it to the village for they to approve the project. If possible, to use a software with list of materials (Decks.com website is a good option for that, but the design software is not to advance for this type of design). The measurements of the deck are: 14 ft deck boards next to the house than 1p ft boards in the middle, then the deck boards start to get smaller 15 ft, 14 ft, 13 ft, 12 ft, 11 ft, 10 feet, 9 ft, 8 ft and the smaller one 8 ft.
