Data Organization + Visualization Using a Course Book Template of a Complex Criminal Study

I am looking for a freelancer able to handle complex English materials and data who can assist with visualizing this complex student course explaning a case. The main goal of the study is to identify patterns within a mix of structured and unstructured data.It is used to explain a complex criminal case to criminology students and detectives. I prefer to use Tableau for visualization, but I am open to suggestions. The ideal candidate will have experience with data science and data visualization, as well as proficiency in Tableau. I will guide along the way.
