AI Dashboard Developer – CX & Listings Intelligence (2-Month Contract)
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Summary
Company: Experience.com
Duration: 2-Month Contract (Full-Time, Weekly Deliverables)
Location: Remote
About the Role
Experience.com powers CX, reviews, and listings for thousands of professionals and locations. Today our dashboards are fragmented and often mistrusted. We want to replace them with a single, modern Reporting Center built on Lovable (or a similar AI-native dev environment).
We’re looking for a senior AI / full-stack developer to:
• Build a new multi-tenant Reporting Center (web app)
• Integrate single sign-on (SSO) with our existing auth
• Design engaging CX & Listings dashboards inside that Reporting Center
• Migrate and rationalize our existing reporting into this new experience
You should be a builder, not an order taker.
Scope & Deliverables (2-Month Sprint)
• Architecture & Setup
• Design multi-tenant architecture for the Reporting Center (orgs, roles, permissions)
• Stand up the app in Lovable (or justify an alternative if stronger)
• Implement SSO (SAML/OIDC) to work with Experience.com login
• Dashboards & UX
• Build flagship CX dashboard (NPS, reviews, sentiment, reply rates, campaigns)
• Build flagship Listings/SearchRank dashboard (impressions, CTR, rankings, leads)
• Add AI-powered summaries/insights for execs (“Here’s what changed this week…”)
• Migration & Hardening
• Map current reports → new Reporting Center views
• Validate data accuracy with our team
• Deliver basic documentation and handoff
Weekly demos and concrete deliverables are required.
Required Skills
• React / Next.js + modern UI (Tailwind or similar)
• Strong data visualization (Chart.js, D3.js, or similar)
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS apps and role-based access
• SSO integration (SAML/OIDC)
• Familiarity with Lovable, Cursor, or similar AI-aware dev tools
• Data modeling & APIs (Postgres/SQL, JSON, REST, webhooks)
• Bonus: CX / reviews / SEO / listings analytics experience
Application Questions (Required)
1. Share 1–2 multi-tenant dashboards or reporting apps you’ve built (code-based, not BI tools).
2. How would you architect a Lovable-based Reporting Center with SSO and tenant/role separation?
3. What stack would you choose (front end, back end, infra) and why for this project?
4. Describe a past project where you migrated legacy reports into a new reporting experience. What were the biggest pitfalls and how did you handle them?
