Dark & Modern Web UI Design

I am looking for a UI designer who can create a sleek, dark and modern design for my upcoming web application. Though the app is in early stages of development, I'm keen to ensure its UI design is engaging from the get-go.

Key Project Requirements:
- Design a user-friendly, dark & modern UI for a web app
