DIgital Wardrobe App below £GBP100 -- 2

We want to create an application that allows users to photograph their clothes and view them so they able to keep track of which pieces they already have in their wardrobe and hence prevent them form spending unnecessarily on pieces that they already own. The app would allow users to sort clothes clothes in their wardrobe by colour, age and whatever tags they put on the pieces. For example, they can create a custom tag of a certain style (eg. Smart casual) and they would be able to sort their clothes into that category and view which pieces they already have and which pieces they require to complete their looks. The app would work much like a glorified photo album for clothes where users can use different tags and filters to sort their clothes.

We have a budget of £100 and would not accept any offer above that amount. A simple iteration of this app would suffice (one that can be published on the google play store). Design of the app should be clean and easy to use, users should be able to find clothing in their wardrobes quickly using filters (colour, tags, age). This is part of a university project, thus it does not need to be too sophisticated.
