DCLshopdesigns New Print on demand T-Shirt

I have a small etsy shop that i am looking at doing a new T-Shirt design in, we currently use Teelaunch for our print on demand shirts but are looking to do a new design for 2022. Attached is the style of graphic design we are looking for and a general layout of what the idea is that we are looking for.
Our shop sells things for Disney Cruise line fans. so we are looking to do a shirt with the 5 main Character statues from the lobby of the Disney crusie ships on the back of the T-shirt.
Looking for final product to be in a few difference formats so we can make sure our printer can read and use the design for printing.
