Cycling jersey design — convert existing concept into print-ready vector files

Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced apparel/textile designer to produce print-ready vector artwork for a custom cycling jersey (full sublimation print).
We already have a complete visual concept and brand identity — logo, color palette, typography, and reference mockups (front, back and side views). Your job is not to invent the design from scratch, but to recreate our existing concept as clean, production-ready vector files that a manufacturer can use directly for sublimation printing.
What we will provide:
Reference mockups of the jersey (front, back, side)
Brand logo and emblem (high-resolution)
Exact color codes (HEX) and fonts
A technical spec sheet with element placement
Deliverables:
Full jersey design laid out by panels (front, back, sleeves), print-ready for sublimation
Vector format: AI, PDF, EPS and SVG
All text converted to outlines/curves
Files prepared at correct resolution/scale for textile printing
Layered, editable source file
Scope of work:
Develop the design according to our provided concept and spec
Include the revisions reasonably necessary until the artwork faithfully matches the approved concept
To be considered, please include in your proposal:
Portfolio — examples of previous cycling/sportswear or sublimation apparel design work (this is essential).
Turnaround time — how many days to deliver the first draft, and to complete final files.
Price — your fixed quote for the complete deliverables, including the necessary revisions.
Award criteria: proposals will be evaluated on portfolio quality, speed of delivery, and price.
