Customized T-shirts

www.teesoko.co.ke this website was built on a platform hosted by an American company www.deconetwork.com which is very nice but very expensive on their monthly charge. I want the exact theme but I want to own it. I do not need to host for other people just me. Customers should be able to upload their own images and designs. It should have a simple but quality graphic design software or my clients to use. To get an idea of the kind of printing i am talking about watch this video.
