Customized gambling Website

Hey, I'm looking for a professional UI/UX designer who has years behind them in creating difficult designs and have a real eye for designs. The website that would be created would be based on 1 single game including 3 game modes in it. It would be a CSGO/Crypto gambling Website. My competitors would be CSGORoll.com and CSGOEmpire.com so before even contacting me take a look at those websites and decide if you could do a website that can compete with their UI/UX. (I'm looking for an even better UI/UX than they have). My demands are sky high when it comes to this since no UI/UX designer I worked with has even come close to a good enough result. Also let me know if I would need some graphic design to be able to create certain designs they have (buttons for example)
