Customized Data Capture Form to PDF
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I need a seasoned developer to create a form that effectively captures specific inputs and automatically formats them into a print ready PDF. The form should accommodate fields for Name, Email, Phone Number, License Detail, Date of Birth, and Address.
Upon submission, two actions are expected. The first is an automatic generation of a download link for a PDF version of the filled form. Additionally, a copy of this PDF should be sent to a specified email address.
I already have a specific design in mind for the layout of the PDF. Any developer interested in this project should have proven experience in similar projects and excellent skills in form building, PDF generation, and email technology.
