Customizable Real Estate CRM Development
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for a CRM system that can be customized for the agent. I have been trying to develop one through GoHighLevel but there is little or no actual support for what I want to have done. Once it is complete, I want to set up the onboarding for other eXp agents to use this system.
Here is what I'd like to have with the CRM:
- Lead Generation: It would be so great to have the ads for social and Google managed and tracked under one system.
- Automated Lead Follow-up: Proper workflows with emails and texts and added value downloads to keep the customer interested.
- Real estate IDX website. Must be able to search the MLS, provide market stats, track usage of clients, have accurate mortgage info including a calculator, allow for documents to be downloaded, link to videos
- Brand Marketing: I am working on setting up a custom GPT to optimize the branding setup for my business. I can then create a form that agents can fill out and then input into the GPT to form their own branding. The branding needs to be able to create newsletters with minimal effort from the agent.
- Appointment setting: Linked with my calendars. I have set events each week, is there a way to use Ai and create an additional task list and have it implement a detailed calendar that I can follow to utilize my time efficiently?
- Knowledge & coaching database: Some sort of system to help coach agents with their sales & conversion proficiency. This can be videos, a wiki or blogs
- Accountability tracking: I need to be able to track the tasks that are being done by myself and my VAs, plus I need to track the effectiveness of my ads.
- Review capture: I think this is standard of practice for a CRM to help their users get and publish
- Closed client referral and follow-up system: This can be emails, sms, newsletters, etc., but catered around two things (getting referrals and remaining top of mind)
- Bookkeeping and Accounting: I use DoneForYoutax.com and I'd like to have this integrated
- Landing pages: Needs to be easy to create branded landing pages and easy to implement
- Social Planner: Ability to plan and schedule social posts using my branding and templates for images and videos
- Click to call/ text/ email: one click to do one of those tasks
- Ranking system for contacts: simple ranking of priority
- Automated tags to workflows: Assign specific triggers to tags that direct people into corresponding workflows.
- Integrations: I need integrations with Homebot.ai, and a mailing service would be great
- Integrations: ordering signs and business cards. Create default templates that already have the required brokerage logo but allow agents to input their brand logo.
Needs to be a US-based freelancer who understands marketing for real estate in the USA. I am tired of marketing companies focusing on ad clicks but no appointments. I am probably missing some items here but this should provide a good idea for what I need.
