Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled designer to create multiple customizable letter templates for users. These templates will include options for adding or omitting various information fields, such as phone numbers, emails, and signatures. The goal is to provide users with flexible, editable designs to suit their needs.
Design Requirements:
Template Variations: Create two versions for each scenario:
With phone number, without email
With email, without phone number
With both phone number and email
Without phone number or email
This will allow users to select a design that suits their needs.
Signature Field: The signature section should have the following options:
Users can type their name, which will appear in a signature-style font.
Users can upload their own signature image.
Include an option for users to sign directly on the document.
Customization Options:
Color Scheme: Users should be able to choose between colored or black-and-white designs.
Company Branding: Some templates should include a permanent company logo.
Signature Effect: An 'Original Blue Pen' effect for typed signatures that simulates a real blue pen.
Gift Letter Design: Create a unique and personalized design for gift letters.
Stamp Requirement: Some templates should include a space for stamps (acknowledgment and receipt), with a designated area for the date.
Technical Features:
Templates should be easy to edit using Smart Objects.
Objects and background colors should be easily customizable.
Layers and folders should be organized for user convenience.
File Download Options:
Users should be able to download in both .JPEG and .PDF formats.
Additional Requirement: A blank template where users can freely choose and type their own content.
