Customised shoes

I am looking for someone to design me a customised pair of shoes. The materials I am planning on using are leather, synthetic, and canvas. I want the shoes to feature bright colours, and for the decoration or design to be Anime and custom designs. I'm open to different forms of decorations, including embroidery, printing, and appliqué. I'm looking for a truly unique design that will express my style.
