2 Custom tee shirt designs for firehouse

I am looking for someone to design two different artworks for custom tee shirts for a firehouse. The style of design I am looking for is custom like nascar design tees, and I have specific elements and ideas I'd like incorporated into the design. I need to talk with someone to explain what I’d like and go from there. I need two very different designs and I will attach pictures that I want incorporated in a design. The design should contain more than five colors. Therefore, I need a designer with a creative eye and a good grasp of color to bring my vision to life.
