Custom sportswear - need design recreated in PDF

I am looking for a talented designer who can recreate multiple sportswear designs in PDF format. I have screenshots of what was done on the Jakroo website and the work will consist in recreating the same design, from the screenshots, into PDF templates.
Attached are examples of what we currently have (jpgs) and what they need to be converted to (pdf)
