Custom prayer candle design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I want to commission artwork in the style of a prayer candle. The subject will be an amazing Black, non-binary person. I will provide photos of the subject to the artist privately to protect their privacy. I would love the finished piece to be digitally available so I can print it on sticker paper and attach to a candle, and possibly frame as a print for them.
The ideal artist would be a Black member of the trans community in order to capture nuances of that unique experience in the work. The goal of this project is to remind the subject that they are just as divine as the other people they prioritize, and that their true self is worthy of devotion and exploration. This is an emotionally heavy piece, so I'm happy to compensate fairly for the level of intention required in this work.
