Custom clothes online design studio

I have a business that customizes clothes and I'd like to make an online store for people to put in their custom designs/photos/names/numbers. We can ship or they can pick it up from one of our locations all around the USA. The first part would be the customer choosing the type of apparel T-shirts- tank tops- long-sleeve shirts- hoodies - sweaters.. etc. then the size and color. Then they can add lettering that is customizable as a change in color/size and the ability to be curved and to be able to add an outline if needed. The next part is the customer can add a photo or a design ( I would like to have a plug-in that can remove the background) and the customer can resize it as he or she wants. Also, the ability to add numbers and names like in jerseys, and the customer can add any of these designs on the front or back, or sleeve.
