Custom 12-Week Journal Setup
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m ready to move my mix-and-match notebooks into one streamlined, paper-based system that serves both my professional goals and my personal life. The framework I follow is a hybrid of the 12-Week Year and classic bullet journaling, so the pages need to encourage rapid logging while keeping the bigger 12-week milestones in view.
The core of the project is a set of printable templates—think clean or A5 PDF or best templates to be reused weekly
• Weekly planning pages that tie directly into a 12-week objective tracker.
• Monthly reflection spreads with prompts that help me review wins, obstacles, and next actions.
Daily logs are critical as I anm new to this and hope to aim small and miss less
Beyond the design files, I’d appreciate a short coaching component: either a concise video call or a written quick-start guide that walks me through setting up the new pages, migrating existing notes, and building the weekly review habit.
Deliverables
• Editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva) plus ready-to-print PDFs.
• Written usage guide or a 30-minute onboarding call—your choice.
• Two minor revision rounds to fine-tune layout or prompts after I test-print.
I’ll consider the project complete once the templates print cleanly on standard home printers, align with the 12-week framework, and feel intuitive during a trial week.
