Custom Twitch Badges and logo

I'm looking for an innovative and imaginative designer to create custom Twitch subscriber badges and A twitch Logo in the style of a first-person shooter game. The project details are as follows:
- Style: I'm Really into like the neon Scheme of things kind of like the image I attached below. My Name on Twitch is, ItsKorde So making the Sub badges with the letter K is what I want but unique at the same time!
- Twitch Logo: I would like a Logo to have a animated Letter K on it With a FPS type of Look like with Crosshairs or something like that.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in the graphic design
- A strong understanding of the Twitch platform and its components
- A passion for the FPS gaming genre
- A demonstrated history of creating engaging, eye-catching Twitch badges and emotes
