Custom HR Themed Teams-ZOOM Background

I'm looking for a creative and detail-oriented freelancer to craft a unique background image for my Teams and ZOOM meetings. This image should reflect the color scheme of my company, Orora Packaging Solutions, focusing on the color Orange.
Key Design Elements:
- Incorporation of company colors (primarily Orange)
- Promotion of the Human Resource Department and my HR Business Partner role
- Integration of key elements of my HR role, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Strategic Planning
Ideally, you should have experience in graphic design and a keen eye for detail. Coming up with innovative ways to visually describe the functions of an HR department is crucial for this role. The design should be clean, professional, and fitting for a corporate setting.
