My clients website is a Buyer Agent for Property in Australia.

Must be able to start straight away and deliver a wireframe today. Designs must be delivered by Tuesday next week.

I'm in need of a skilled web designer to create a landing page, with a specific focus on lead generation. This page will serve as a key tool to increase leads for my business.

Key requirements:
- The location converting feature should be strategically placed on specific target pages of the website. This will help drive higher quality leads to the business.
- The primary goal of the landing page is to increase leads. Thus, it should be designed with a clear call-to-action and an engaging layout that encourages visitors to provide their information.
- The page should collect visitors' name, email address, phone number, and location. This information will help me better understand my customer base and tailor my offerings to their needs.

Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- Proven experience in creating high-conversion landing pages, particularly those with location conversion features.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, as the success of this project largely depends on the design's ability to engage and convert visitors.
- Familiarity with data collection strategies and the ability to integrate the collected data into my existing CRM system would be a plus.
