Custom Sump Pump Cover Design

I'm looking for a sump pump cover that has both a flat area and a raised area to accommodate a pipe. The cover should be made of either plastic or composite for aesthetic purposes, and it needs to be in black color. I don't want any ventilation on this cover, it needs to be a solid one.
