Custom Softball tee-shirt design

Need a custom design for a youth association girls softball league spirit wear tee-shirt. Design will be on the back of shirt. Design concept is "Backyard Ballers" with an image of 3 or 4 female softball players standing in a dirt field looking super sassy and tough, in full uniform wearing the colors of orange/black/white with the letter “P” or Powhatan on their jerseys, with hair styles such as 2 long braids/high ponytail with a big bow/bandanna in their hair/etc, black or orange eye-black stripes under their eyes, with bats, softballs, gloves, etc in the image. Would like the skin tones of the girls in the graphic to vary and represent a variety of races/ethnicities.

Need the text “Backyard Ballers" to be large and in the design. As well as the text Powhatan Softball.
