Custom T-Shirt Logo Design

I'm looking for a talented designer to create a custom logo (svg) for a t-shirt for my brother's bachelor party golf trip.

Requirements:
- Style: Similar to US Open golf logo attached (OIP.jpg)
- Elements: Text and Icon/Graphic:
- Text: "1ST D.G. OPEN - TORREY PINES"

Ideal Skills:
- Strong portfolio in logo design
- Experience with t-shirt graphics
- Ability to characterize photo and artistically size with text
