Custom Reverse Dye-Sub white PBT MD770 Keyboard Set

Job ID: 40371549

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I am looking for a specialist in Dye-Sublimation and/or Small-Batch Manufacturing. Standard graphic designers who just make digital files won't work—I need someone who HAS a dye-sublimation vacuum press and can PHYSICALLY SUPPLY the blank cherry profile keys as well as PRINT and ALIGN art across a split keyboard layout. To clarify, I AM **NOT** supplying the physical keycaps! I am hiring you to HAVE YOUR OWN two sets of the cherry profile PBT blanks (including the 3.25u spacebar and non-stepped caps lock), perform the printing/alignment, and ship the finished product to me.

I’m trying to order a (qty:2) fully custom Reverse Dye-Sub on WHITE blank PBT Cherry profile set for a Mistel Barocco MD770 (Split 75%) keyboard. The sets MUST be Sculpted Cherry Profile (R1-R4). I have a custom 3840 x 1680 4K image and I want it applied seamlessly across the entire MD770 board layout with NO legends (just strictly the art for aesthetic reasons). Because this is a dark scene on sculpted rows, I require a specialist who uses high-quality vacuum jigs to prevent 'ghosting' or 'blurring' on the north/south facing walls of the keycaps. I want to also prioritize curvature compensation to prevent star distortion on 3D cherry profiles, along with a detailed plan for 3mm bleed to ensure the space details flow steamlessly across the Mistel MD770 split. I also wish to have you do a dual-pass technique on the white PBT as it is essential for avoiding banding in the dark gradients of my space art. Since my design is a dark space scene, please make sure you use 5-sided Reverse Dye-Sub to ensure the purple color wraps around the edges of the keys without white borders. I want to ensure the split between the left and right halves of the board is handled perfectly; the center split happens between the 6/7, T/Y, G/H, and V/B keys; the alignment MUST account for the staggered stagger of the MD770. The transition must be calculated with the physical gap of the split board in mind so the nebula looks continuous when the two halves are placed together. PLEASE CONFIRM YOU HAVE THESE SPECIFIC CHERRY PROFILE BLANK MOLDS IN YOUR COLLECTION BEFORE MESSAGING ME:
Left Spacebar: 3.0u
Right Spacebar: 3.25u
Right Shift: 1.75u
Right Alt / Fn / Ctrl: 1.0u
Esc / F1–F12: 1.0u.
Home / PgUp / PgDn / End / Del / Ins: 1.0u
Arrow Keys: 1.0u.
Alpha Keys (A-Z, 0-9): 1.0u
Left Shift: 2.25u
Left Ctrl / Win / Alt: 1.25u
Tab: 1.5u
Caps Lock: 1.75u
Backslash (\): 1.5u
Backspace: 2.0u
Enter: 2.25u

I want the final product to look something like this mockup I generated with Gemini (url2) showing the before and after result, but using my high-resolution 4K source file for the actual print (url1); please use the url1 link source file to ensure maximum detail on the nebula and stars. Before you go to production, I require a digital proof (mockup) showing exactly how the art sits on the 3.0u and 3.25u spacebars, split keys, etc. I need to confirm the alignment is to my likings; I specifically cropped the 4k art so it matches the aspect ratio of the MD770 layout dimensions. If all goes well, I'll do two orders (as mentioned in the beginning) of all the keycaps so I have spare available for longevity reasons not limited to wear and tear.

When bidding, please start your message with the words 'I HAVE THE 3.25U SPACEBAR' so I know you have read the hardware requirements. If you do not have this specific mold in PBT, please DO NOT bid.

Thanks in advance,
Dan
