Custom Mosaic Award with Logo

I'm looking for a designer who can create a unique mosaic award trophy for me 12x14 by December 8, 2024. This award will feature my logo prominently, so strong design skills and experience with logo incorporation is a must. The style of the trophy should be a mosaic, and the design should be symmetrical and visually appealing. Also two plates to add, one with " inspiring and understanding of water" and the other Water Education Foundation, Ten Years of Leadership XXXX
