Custom Hand-Painted Magic: The Gathering Card

I'm looking for a skilled artist to repaint and enhance a Magic: The Gathering card for me. The card should be hand-painted in an abstract style and should feature improvements to the artwork, borders and decorations, as well as the text and icons. Additionally, I would like new background elements to be added to the card.
