Custom Halloween H20 Movie Shirt Design

I want to recreate this Halloween H20 movie poster to print on shirt. I want to replace white face with Midwits Face and replace normal people with pics of 9 other people. I also want different text on top. See Crude Mockup. Need w/in 24-48 hours. (See fuller description at bottom that describes better without the character limit)

- File Format: No preference other than something universal that can be used by shirt printer
- Images: Yes, all images are high-quality
- Text Style: Same style as original poster

I would like to recreate a movie poster to have printed on a t-shirt. I would like to recreate this Halloween H20 Movie Poster. As you can see in the Crude Mockup Image, I would like to replace the scary looking white face with the Midwits Face image and in place of the normal people on the poster, I would like to include all nine people in Images A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I. Instead of "Halloween" - "H20" on the top, I would it to read "Halloweekends" - H24 in as similar to the Movie Poster font as possible. I have original photos of all the normal people (Images A-I) and a couple files for the Midwits Face image if those are more helpful than what I'm uploading now.

I need this done within 24-48 hours.
