Custom Guitar Design & Upgrade
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking to take an existing guitar and turn it into something uniquely mine. The core of this project is full-scale customization—new aesthetics, fresh hardware choices, and refined playability—rather than building from scratch or handling standard repairs.
At this stage I’m flexible about which specific areas we tackle first. Body art or refinishing, swapping pickups, reshaping the neck or re-dressing frets, electronics rewiring, custom scratchplate work—if it improves tone, feel, or visual impact, I’m open to your ideas. I’ll share photos and current specs once we connect so you can advise on what’s feasible and propose a parts list or mock-ups.
Final deliverable: a fully set-up, gig-ready guitar that reflects the agreed-upon mods, with before/after photos and a short summary of the work completed. If you handle design only, high-resolution artwork files and a vetted parts list will be enough; if you’re equipped for hands-on work, I’ll arrange insured shipping or meet locally, whichever is easier.
