Custom Font Name Joiner Program

I'm looking for a Windows-compatible program that allows me to manually input a list of names, applies my custom fonts, and automatically joins the words similar to using Ctrl + O in Illustrator. Any words that are not connected should be treated as separate objects and resized to a specified size. The program should output in SVG format. Ideal candidates for this project should have experience in software development, particularly in creating design-related tools. Familiarity with font application and SVG format is a plus.
