Custom Emoji Keyboard Icon created from company logo

I'd like to have a custom keyboard emoji icon that I can simply copy and paste into the subject line for when I send out emails to my customers.
There's an application I use for doing this, but it doesn't allow me to create my own icon. I use Emoji Keyboard (Chrome Extension) to enter an icon into the subject line, but they don't have the proper icon I want. I know it's a simple, quick and easy job, yet I don't have the time and desire to do it myself.
