Custom Design Playing Card

I need a designer who has experience in illustration as well as design. A previous knowledge in the field of TCG (Trading Card Game) would also not be bad. The project requires independent research in the field of TCG (Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic, Nostalgix, etc.). A front of a playing card must be designed. Certain areas must be adhered to in which flexible text/images must be inserted afterwards. I will provide an approximate template for this. Your own ideas and designs are welcome. The style should go more in the comic direction.
