Custom Dart Team Shirt Designs

I'm in need of a graphic designer to help finalize and create designs for sublimated shirts for my dart teams.

Requirements:
- Tweak an existing design that I've started before it goes to print
- Replicate a design I provide onto a new shirt
- Create three other basic graphic designs for transfer prints
- Incorporate our team logo and player names into the designs

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in creating vector graphics
- Experienced in designing sports team apparel
- Able to work with specified designs and make necessary tweaks
- Creative and able to design basic graphics for transfers
