Custom Cycling Bibs Design

I'm looking for a creative designer to help me create a mockup for a new style of cycling bibs featuring unique straps.

Requirements:
- Design elements: Incorporate our logo, text, and any graphics/patterns as needed
- Material: Use of Lycra is a must

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in apparel design, specifically for cycling gear
- Proficiency in design software
- Knowledge of materials and their properties, especially Lycra
