Custom CPR/Health Card Design

I need a CPR/Health card designed. I have a reference card that I want to be copied but with a few changes in design, colors, and layout. The card should be in neutral colors and follow a minimalist design style. Key tasks include modifying the layout, fonts, and icons of the reference card. The ideal freelancer for this project should have a strong background in graphic design, particularly in creating modern, minimalist designs. Experience with card design is a plus.
