Cross-Platform Minimalistic UI/UX Design

As the one launching the project, I'm on the hunt for an innovative, talented, and experienced UI/UX designer. The focus of the project is to create a design that's impactful across both mobile and desktop platforms. We're opting for a minimalistic aesthetic to promote usability while maintaining visual allure. Our design requires the integration of several interactive elements, including but not restricted to, buttons, forms, animations, and sliding or scrolling features. I would ideally want someone with prior experience in creating exceptional and engaging minimalistic designs, filled with interactive elements on different platforms.
