Cricut Design Space for Mylar Stencil

I'm looking for a Cricut Design Space expert who can help me with my Steincl cut. Specifically, I need assistance for:
- Understanding how to upload and edit images in the software
- Manipulating text and customizing fonts
- Layering and arranging designs effectively
I'll be using Mylar as the material for the cuts. The primary purpose of these cuts would be for stencil creation.
I know how to operate the machine and cut but I keep missing an essential element on how to make it stick to the frame
