Creative direction

Hello. We are a band that is looking for a creative director that will understand our brand elements and help choose a direction and help design the elements of our new releases. We are unsure of the scope but it includes:
- Concept
- Album art design
- influence on art direction for videos (based off concept design)
- input and recommendation on reaching target audiences.
